It helped me to fix my 2008 Ford Focus Mk2.5 1.8 diesel. Engine wasn't starting, throwing P1622 immobiliser ID does not match. Reflowed the instructment cluster a few times and replaced main earth cable.

Id get them to do a leak down test as well. The other codes relate to a fuel pressure problem. On the TDCi's, there has to be a sufficient level of pressure in the system for it to function. Fuel can still get to the injectors, just at a lower pressure and try as you might, it wont start.

1) Check battery type. 2) If you have access to a decent battery charger, use it for at least 4 hours. But do not use a high power (>5 amps) "quick charge" type, nor some old unregulated one. A regulated charger of 3A to 5A would be good. But follow Ford guidlines for charging. 3) How long was the drive home.

Posted May 26, 2021. There are too many variables but essentially yes, it should trigger a regen again next time you go out as long as the engines warm and you've got enough fuel etc. It works on soot loading rather than mileage. It doesn't know you're about to drive on a motorway. 3hrEA.
